About

Esther is the lead consultant in the Diversity practice at Critical Future and PhD researcher in psychological public health with a focus on ethnic minorities.

She is a recent graduate with a combined honours degree in Psychology and Criminology (BSc), a Postgraduate Certificate (PgCert) in Leadership and Career Development both from Coventry University and have recently completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Research Methods in Child and Adolescent Psychology at the University of Greenwich.
