Digital Marketing Services

Marketing has not always been digital. As the word puts it, marketing goes hand in hand with the market.

As all of us have witnessed, the market has transformed to a new, online world, where customers can access products and services, just by clicking a button – it’s like Alice in Wonderland, right?

This digital transformation was, without a doubt, accelerated by Covid-19, urging for the need to make things more contactless than ever before.

Who would have thought that you would be able to test your favorite lipsticks from the comfort of your own home, just by using the front camera of your mobile phone?

Or be able to attend a particularly important meeting for your business, just by clicking on a link? Astonishingly, nowadays, if you have access to a device connected to the internet, it means that you have access to everything.

Even if you own a relatively small store located in a farraway neighborhood, you could be the new talk-of-the-town, with the right digital marketing strategy.

The power of digital marketing -and especially when used in the right way- creates endless and equal possibilities for all businesses.

The future of commerce – The pandemic converted non-digital consumers to digital consumers across markets

Did you know that global e-commerce sales accounted for $4.9 trillion in 2021, alone, and are expected to reach an astonishing $6.5 trillion in 2023?

And how will this affect your business?

Traditionally, a visitor walks into a store and makes a purchase, which automatically transforms him into a customer. In e-commerce, sales are driven by multiple and diverse factors and can transform an e-commerce website visitor into a customer, when specific elements have been taken into account by digital and e-commerce specialists.

You would probably ask yourself ‘How is this possible?’ or ‘what am I doing wrong?’. There is a high probability that all your choices and actions are completely right. What you may haven’t thought of, however, is the chance that you haven’t approached an expert, who can put your ideas into practice, tackle all your issues and take a serious stand on your challenges.

Goals for client

Our client is further looking to enrich their digital strategy by developing an e- commerce strategy, their social and online presence in order to further grow the company.

What Critical Future did:

We worked closely with our client and provided a full report on how the skin clinic can capture the Irish market, and ultimately global market with an Ecommerce strategy, focusing on their top service and products category:

  • Website strategic recommendations made by our experts highlighted the importance of a mobile friendly design for our client, due to the massive growth of mobile commerce, pointing out also, the UX and UI development of our client’s website for optimal results. In addition, live stream shopping, customer reviews and simple product descriptions were also recommended by our team.
  • A seasonal subscription model adapted to customers’ needs and a loyalty program were proposed to our client, with the aim of creating a unique personalized experience with high retention rates for customers.
  • Our analysis urged the need of investing in guerilla marketing for high impact with low cost and viral marketing on social media, particularly on Instagram and TikTok, while podcasts were pointed out as a medium for marketing with exponential growth in the last few years.
  • Shoppable media like Instagram’s new features in 2022 were highlighted as a potential selling platform for our client, while Amazon was also pointed out as a potential seller.
