This project was a groundbreaking use of Deep Learning to predict property prices.
Our client is an expert real estate fund with $billions under management. They developed specialised expertise in predicting property prices on a static and future basis. This was done through statistical models.
What Critical Future did
Critical Future was brought in to bring in AI and Deep Learning capabilities.
The project was led by Matthew, a Phd in Machine learning from Harvard and an AI consultant at Critical Future. It was directed by Adam Riccoboni, author of The AI Age, and advisor to major brands and parliament on AI.
The outcome was an AI System to predict property prices which significantly outperformed all statistical models. This Deep Learning approach is best in class for this type of challenge and has since been presented at real estate conferences.
